Situated on the NE corner of Wyandotte St E and Gladstone, Ethos specializes in sourcing hard to find vegan foods (with many gluten-free options available), local plant-based brands, low waste home goods, as well as an assortment of fun and unique gifting options!

What is plant-based?

Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn't mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy.

Can I eat plant-based foods if I eat meat?

Absolutely! Do you eat fruit, vegetables, beans, rice, nuts, and seeds? Then you already eat plant-based foods! Choosing to incorporate more plant-based foods in your diet can lower your grocery bill, introduce more nutrients into your diet, and change up your weekly routine with new and exciting flavours!
