This unique and flavourful combination results in an intense and fragrant vinegar. CHARACTERISTICS: Intense flavour of ripe raspberries which will inspire you to create fantastic dishes. NOTE: Gluten Free USE: Combine this vinegar with our olive oil and drizzle over a beets salad with roasted nuts and goat cheese, on a green salad or on a classic duck salad. A few drops of this vinegar will enhance the gizzards, chicken or veal liver and roasted meats. NOTE: Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
